Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
½ scoop vanilla protein
1 cup regular/frozen berries
½ packet of stevia
Directions:
First puree cottage cheese/greek yogurt, protein powder, and stevia in a food processor, then puree frozen blueberries into a mixture and serve immediately.
*Note: Add a ½ cup of ice when pureeing if you do not have frozen berries.
